Next to each cabin are two comfortable chairs with a cafe table where you can choose and sit and enjoy the constantly changing and beautiful landscape if you are not up on the sun and observation deck which offers 360 degree views of the entire river and its widths.

The river cruise can e.g. combined with 3 nights (4 days) in Siem Reap at the Angkor temples before the river cruise and 1 night (2 days) in Ho Chi Minh City after the river cruise.

In addition to the already planned program, you have the option of opting for extra private tours if you wish. It can e.g. be a private hot air balloon ride over the Angkor temples, private breakfast near the Angkor temples at sunrise or a private family visit to Phnom Penh with a cooking demonstration where you yourself participate in the preparation followed by the freshly prepared lunch.
Just remember that maybe. Optional tours must be booked with Cruise Inspiration at the same time as booking the trip.

Day 1: Departure Copenhagen / Billund (flights are not included in the price, as the price of aircraft varies depending on your desired departure date. However, flights can be arranged and added, according to your own wishes, when We know your wishes departure date)


Day 2: Arrival Siem Reap Airport - Private transfer to 4 star hotel in Siem Reap.
Afternoon / evening is free for private relaxation.


Day 3: Siem Reap - Angkor temples: Ta Prohm temple sunrise / Banteay Srei temple / Prea Khan temple. Cultural evening with dinner and traditional Apsara dance performance. 
(optional option - private breakfast in beautiful outdoor setting near the pagodas near the temples)
(possible option - air balloon flight across Angkor temples)


Day 4: Siem Reap - By bike or in Tuk Tuk to Angkor temples: Angkor Thom / Bayon Temple / Babhuon Temple, Elephant Terrace / Preah Palilay Temple / Angkor Wat Temple.
Late afternoon: Boat trip with sundowners at sunset near Angkor Thom. The evening is free for private relaxation.


Day 5: Morning: Pandaw Expeditions group transfer from Siem Reap - Kampong Cham (about 4 hours drive through countryside and villages)
Boarding on the Pandaw River cruise ship early afternoon. Early evening departure towards Kratie, where the ship will be halfway to quay overnight.


Day 6: Morning visit to Koh Trong Island and small local Khmer village by bike or with ox cart. Continue the river cruise to Kratie, which is a charming harbor with light French flair from the colony era. After lunch, a small local boat sails along the Mekong River to spot the river dolphins.


Day 7: Morning cruise with lectures. Arrival at the Tonle River, where you sail with the Pandaw Explorer expedition ship to Koh Pkhna Tey (Silk Island). Demo silk production. Late afternoon, the river cruise continues towards Phnom penh.


Day 8: Phnom Penh - Discover Phnom Penh in your own bike and see, among other things. The Royal Palace, the Silver Pagoda and the National Museum.
Afternoon: Free choice between a visit to the formerly infamous Khmer Rouge S21 prison as well as 'The Killing Fields' or a tuk-tuk ride along the Mekong River with afternoon tea at the famous Raffles Hotel. Overnight on the ship in Phnom Penh. 


Day 9: Early departure to the Vietnam border. During the border formalities 'behind the scenes' tour of the ship. Afternoon visit to Tan Chau town and temple as well as fish farm.


Day 10: Arrival at Con Phuoc Island. Experience the island by tuk-tuk and learn about the local residents' basket and wood art production. Afternoon bus visit to Gao Giong bird sanctuary, which can be seen up close in rowboats.


Day 11: Arriving at Cho Lach Island - visit potters, learn to make traditional Banh Xeo (crisp Vietnamese pancakes) and learn about life in the Mekong Delta. Cruise on to Ben Tre, and experience the mangrove and bamboo area, and the fruit juices, which are filled with bird life, in small local sampan boats. Visit the private home and take the horse cart back to the ship.


Day 12: Arrival at My Tho - Departure from the Pandaw River cruise ship in the morning.
Private transfer and visit to the SOS Children's Village & Cu Chi tunnels. Check-in at 4-star hotel in Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon. The evening is free for private relaxation.


Day 13: Ho Chi Minh City - Check out at 12:00. Breakfast at the hotel included. After lunch private Ho Chi Minh City Tour with included dinner at Vietnamese restaurant before arriving at Ho Chi Minh Airport in the evening for the return journey. (flights are not included in the price, as the price of aircraft varies depending on your desired departure date. However, flights can be arranged and added, according to your own wishes, when We know your wishes departure date)


Day 14: Arrival in Copenhagen / Billund.

  • Lunch and evening meals on land programs before and after the river cruise, apart from on return day.
