Saint Lucia is an island nation in the eastern part of the Caribbean Sea on the border with the Atlantic Ocean. The island belongs to the Lesser Antilles and is located north of the Grenadines and south of Martinique.
St. Lucia is called the green paradise of the Caribbean and is a small piece of unspoiled paradise of 616 km2. The island consists of a mix of jungle-like valleys, rainforests, wild orchids and hibiscus, idyllic white sandy beaches, the Soufriere volcano and the famous Piton twin peaks, Grand Piton & Petit Piton, which are the island's landmarks. The landscape is incredibly beautiful and varied. If you love nature experiences, you will particularly appreciate Pigeon Island National Park at the northern end of the island.
